Fat Loss 4 Idiots Book Review

I have been reading a lot about weight loss before I decided on buying this particular book called "Fat Loss 4 Idiots". I have been trying to lose weight based on what I have read on health magazines and articles. However, it does not seem to work. It is all because I have been doing it all wrong.

What is Fat Loss 4 Idiots? It is a fat loss program that claims to help lose 9 pounds every 11 days. It is one of the most popular and easiest to implement program available. It helps you to lose fat by targeting your body mechanism to burn fat the most effective way.

What is so good about this program?
  • Does not required you to count your daily intake of calories.
  • Does not need you to have a very rigid routine which can be very time consuming.
  • Three different methods for you to choose. Most programs only offer a method or a combination of methods that is hard to follow. But rest assured,  Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the easiest to carry out.
  • A diet generator that mixed and match the food you select on its build-in program. Very useful if you want to keep your budget low and choose only your favorite food.  
  • You get to mix and match from 100+ food items, which you can be sure that it will be food you can find in your local supermarket.
So much for the upside, how about the downside? Or rather, it may sound like a downside, but in reality, if it really help you achieve your goal in the shortest time possible, then the program has delivered what it promised.
  • For the diet generator, it is a very rigid program that once you choose your items, you cannot change your next day menu to something else. But, it is only through this way that it allow you to see through your fat loss if you are willing to stick with it.
  • The other method that the program offer a different approach. You get to choose from own menu everyday following the guideline on the food you are supposed to have that day. It offer the flexibility but limited food to choose from. It is done this way so it ensure that you do not have food that will jeopardize your fat loss program.
  • The third method, which is my favorite is probably due to the list of 100+ items to choose from, and it allows you to mixed and match from each group which gives me the varieties of food at every meal. The bad, extra cost. But I can assured you, it is definitely worth it.
